Working on your behalf, with full confidentiality, we will engage with vetted, exhibition stand designers who are capable of delivering as per your design brief. Our team will engage with vendors, forming a pool of suppliers that have responded with quotes that are all within your budget. We will then present all suitable options back to you free of charge for consideration.

Once you have chosen your preferred design, our team will commence negotiations with the shortlisted vendors. At this stage all vendors are invited to the reverse auction, they will each have the opportunity to review their initial quote and provide better pricing. This is where our team is able to drive down the overall cost for the design & build of your exhibition stand or floorspace.

Once the auction has finished and you have chosen who you want to proceed with, we will inform the winning stand builder that they have been selected to design, build and/or fit-out your exhibition booth or floorspace. At this stage, we open communication between the vendor and yourselves; whilst remaining on hand to ensure smooth project delivery.
