INTEX Osaka (International Exhibition Center Osaka) is the largest exhibition venue in western Japan, located in Suminoe-ku, Osaka. Established in 1985, it has become a central hub for international trade shows, conferences, and cultural events, attracting over three million visitors annually. Its location in the Cosmo Square area of Osaka’s waterfront makes it a key destination for both business and tourism.
INTEX Osaka boasts a total exhibition area of approximately 72,978 square meters, ranking third in Japan after Tokyo Big Sight and Makuhari Messe. The complex comprises six exhibition halls and a central building, organized around two large public atriums known as “INTEX Plaza.” These halls offer ten exhibition zones, ranging in size from 5,000 to 10,000 square meters. Several halls are pillar-free, providing maximum flexibility for booth layout and stage design.
In addition to its expansive exhibition spaces, the venue features 26 meeting rooms and multiple international conference halls, accommodating events of all formats—from trade exhibitions and symposiums to corporate meetings and academic seminars.
