We generally support large indoor exhibitions hosted in specially designed convention centers such as MCEC in Melbourne. We do occasionally work with outdoor and specialist shows upon request.
Our single business objective is to design stands, vet stand design companies and consult on exhibition projects. We have the time to spend bringing everything together, fine tuning the options and with our bulk purchasing power are well placed to drive costs down.
Presently we are incorporated in Australia, Singapore, Thailand & Hong Kong. We also have joint venture operations in the US, UK and Canada.
Our market research team has invested large amounts of time vetting dozens of boutique stand builders in each of the markets in which we operate. Each stand builder is proven to us and our customer feedback confirms this.
First and foremost our services are provided FREE of charge to Exhibitors. Stand Builders do pay us a fee for our involvement, however these fees are not passed on to Exhibitors. We are handling high volumes of business and receiving discounted pricing from our partners.
Our personnel are passionate about exhibitions. We understand what it takes to deliver award winning stands and we want to help our clients get the best results.
If you already have a pop up stand and just need a few furniture items then you may be better off getting these items from the local event organiser. If you want something more than just furniture such as banners with prints that can be erected on the side of the stand then yes we can provide a quote for these.
We believe trust is the foundation of a successful relationship. From the get go you will find us honest, straight and transparent. If we cannot do something we will say, and if costs are prohibitive we will be clear from the outset.
We work Australian hours in the morning following Sydney standard time, and our evening shift covers Europe and the early part of the day in the US and Canada.
Once you have selected your stand builder and all design specs have been finalised we connect you directly with the stand design company and the build phase begins. We stay in touch with the stand designer and follow the progress of your project to the end.
